What will you do?

In this role, you are the backbone of our clinic—a true people person who ensures that everything runs smoothly. This means that you are not only responsible for managing the clinic but are also actively involved in the daily care of patients. You make sure that everything happens at the right time, from scheduling appointments and handling administration to client interactions and other operational matters.

Your tasks include:

• Daily Operations: You ensure the clinic runs efficiently, from scheduling appointments to coordinating patient flow effectively.
• Customer-Focused Work: You are the point of contact for both patients and the team, ensuring everyone feels welcome. You are open to feedback and resolve any issues quickly and professionally.
• Organization & Coordination: You make sure that all daily tasks run smoothly. This means juggling multiple responsibilities and setting the right priorities.
• Patient Service: You assist patients with their documents, ensuring they fill out everything correctly. You offer practical solutions where needed.
• Team Support: You work closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals, ensuring the team functions well in a positive and collaborative atmosphere.

You have:

• Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in a management or coordination role, preferably in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. You have experience in setting up processes, performing administrative tasks, and organizing teams.
• Organizational Talent: You have a strong eye for detail and can prioritize, plan, and multitask effectively.
• Customer Orientation: You have a service-minded attitude, ensuring that clients always feel welcome. Providing an excellent patient experience is your top priority.
• Affinity with Health & Vitality: You have an interest in healthy aging and wellness and are eager to learn more in this field.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: You think in solutions and take action immediately. You resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Flexibility: You are willing to work at different times during the week, including weekends.
