Position Overview
The Health Angel role is essential for patient management, business development, and enhancing patient experience. Reporting to the Director, Medical Services, the Health Angel ensures exceptional care delivery by tailoring Qualevita’s proven patient journey playbook to individual needs. This position requires a compassionate, dynamic, and patient-focused professional to collaborate with both local and international teams.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Management
- Serve as the primary contact for patients, providing support with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Schedule appointments, consultations, and payments (online and offline).
- Facilitate patient check-ins, biomaterial collection, and document preparation.
- Manage patient communication via email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Oversee timely blood tests and biomaterial processing with partner labs.
- Prepare therapy programs based on doctor recommendations.
Patient Care
- Offer emotional support to ensure patients feel comfortable and well-informed.
- Tailor treatment plans collaboratively with medical staff to meet patient needs.
- Educate patients on health conditions, self-care, and treatment options.
- Follow up after consultations to address recovery progress and additional needs.
- Coordinate external healthcare support services as required.
Additional Responsibilities
- Maintain the project management calendar (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
- Ensure patient engagement through follow-ups and proactive communication.
- Participate in training programs and recommend improvements to the patient journey.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Patient Satisfaction: Monitor feedback and continuously improve service delivery.
- Operational Efficiency: Execute patient programs on time and within budget.
- Revenue Growth: Support new and recurring patient programs effectively.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in customer service or patient care, preferably within healthcare.
- Languages: Fluency in English & Dutch is required.
- Skills: Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills.
